Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Auto Backroom, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.
2. The service
Auto Backroom is an internal operations tool for caterers and event-based businesses to plan events, assign work, and track checklists. It is not a customer-facing communication product, and it does not place orders, contact vendors, or execute financial transactions on your behalf without your explicit action.
3. Accounts
The person who creates a business account is its owner and is responsible for the accuracy of business information and for managing who on their team has access. Staff invited by an owner or manager access the product through a single-use sign-in link tied to their email or phone.
4. Subscription & billing
New accounts receive a 3-month free trial on any plan. A payment card is required to start the trial; you will not be charged until the trial ends. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends at no cost. After the trial, your card is billed at the plan and interval (monthly or annual) shown at signup, and continues until you cancel. Plans are billed per business, based on team size.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the product to store unlawful content, to attempt to access another business’s data, or to interfere with the security or normal operation of the service.
6. Your data
You own the event, menu, and operational data you enter. We hold it as your processor and will not use it to serve or improve another business’s account. See our Privacy Policy for detail.
7. Availability
We work to keep Auto Backroom available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We recommend keeping a backup process for time-critical events during early access.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Autobackroom LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
9. Termination
You may cancel and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be emailed to account owners in advance.
